Jay Vaughan Named President of AI Signal Research Inc (ASRI)

HUNTSVILLE, Ala., January 5, 2026 – ASRI is pleased to announce that Mr. Jay Vaughan has taken over the role of ASRI President effective 1 Jan 2026 as part of a planned leadership succession. He has been ASRI’s Vice President Business Development for the last 3 years. Over a 25+ year career, Jay has worked his way up from engineer to program manager to business development director and now to President. We’re confident he has the expertise to continue his current success and push ASRI to new heights in the coming years.

ASRI’s Bill Colson is transitioning from President after 6 ½ years leading the company through a period of tremendous and sustained growth. He will assume the role of Executive Advisor and continue as a Board Member for ASRI. His new role encompasses Corporate Development efforts including key customer support, community outreach, business development, and more. ASRI is extremely grateful for all of Mr. Colson’s guidance over the years and look forward to seeing him flourish in this new role.
